Delta Pay Audit

Personal, local-first pay reconciliation. Everything is computed in this browser — documents never leave your device and are stored only in this browser's local storage.

How it works — three steps

Add documents in order. Your time card (Step 1) produces the audit summary on its own. The PAS (Step 2) cross-checks it activity by activity. The pay statement (Step 3, optional) reconciles what the company actually paid. Results appear below automatically as you add documents, and you can load as many bid periods as you like.

Have the DeltaNet ZIP? Drop it on Step 2 or Step 3 — the documents inside sort themselves into the right step automatically, time cards included.

1Copy and paste your time card

In iCrew, open your Monthly Time Data display for the bid period. Select all of the text — starting with the MONTHLY TIME DATA header at the top and ending with END OF DISPLAY at the bottom — copy it, and paste it here. (An iCrew rotation display can also go in this box.) Paste the actual text, not a screenshot: the audit reads every number exactly, and text copied from iCrew is exact.

2Upload your PAS

From DeltaNet, download your Pilot Activity Statement (PAS) for the same bid period. It downloads as a .zip containing a CSV named like …-Pilot_Activity_Statement-YYYYMM.csv — upload or drop the ZIP as-is, upload the CSV, or paste the CSV text below. The PAS is what lets the audit cross-check your time card against the company's activity record.

3Upload your pay statementOptional — for reconciliation

Optional — but this is what turns the summary into a reconciliation: the app compares what the company says it paid you against your time card and PAS. In iCrew, open your monthly pay statement for the period, copy the full text, and paste it here, or upload the file. Pay stubs are also accepted in this step.
